1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MaholiBazar (www.maholibazar.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. Users between 13–17 may use the platform with parental/guardian consent. By using MaholiBazar, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. User Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us immediately at support@maholibazar.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Products & Pricing
- We strive to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but we do not warrant they are error-free.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors.
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5. Orders & Payments
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy; acceptance occurs upon order confirmation.
- We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Cash on Delivery (COD), and digital wallets.
- Payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
- COD orders may require an advance payment in certain areas.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Estimated delivery timelines are 3–7 business days (standard) and 1–2 days (express).
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters or force majeure events.
- Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499.
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible; you may initiate a return after delivery.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or payment issues.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on MaholiBazar, including logos, trademarks, text, images and software, is the property of MaholiBazar or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9. Prohibited Conduct
- Fraudulent orders or payment manipulation
- Hacking, unauthorized access or reverse engineering
- Posting false reviews or misleading content
- Spamming other users
- Selling counterfeit or prohibited products (vendors)
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
10. Limitation of Liability
MaholiBazar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in dispute.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City], India.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. पात्रता
इस प्लेटफॉर्म का उपयोग करने के लिए आपकी आयु कम से कम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए। 13-17 वर्ष के उपयोगकर्ता अभिभावक की सहमति से उपयोग कर सकते हैं।
3. उपयोगकर्ता खाता
- आप अपनी अकाउंट क्रेडेंशियल्स की गोपनीयता बनाए रखने के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं।
- किसी भी अनधिकृत उपयोग की जानकारी तुरंत support@maholibazar.com पर दें।
- हम शर्तों का उल्लंघन करने वाले खातों को निलंबित या समाप्त करने का अधिकार रखते हैं।
4. उत्पाद और मूल्य
- हम प्रोडक्ट विवरण और छवियों की सटीकता सुनिश्चित करने का प्रयास करते हैं।
- कीमतें बिना सूचना के बदल सकती हैं।
- मूल्य निर्धारण त्रुटियों के मामले में ऑर्डर रद्द किए जा सकते हैं।
5. ऑर्डर और भुगतान
- हम UPI, डेबिट/क्रेडिट कार्ड, नेट बैंकिंग, COD और डिजिटल वॉलेट स्वीकार करते हैं।
- भुगतान PCI-DSS अनुपालित गेटवे के माध्यम से सुरक्षित रूप से संसाधित होता है।
6. शिपिंग और डिलीवरी
- अनुमानित डिलीवरी समय 3-7 कार्य दिवस (सामान्य) और 1-2 दिन (एक्सप्रेस) है।
- ₹499 से अधिक के ऑर्डर पर मुफ्त शिपिंग उपलब्ध है।
7. रद्दीकरण
- डिस्पैच से पहले ऑर्डर रद्द किए जा सकते हैं।
- डिस्पैच के बाद रद्दीकरण संभव नहीं है; डिलीवरी के बाद रिटर्न शुरू करें।
8. बौद्धिक संपदा
MaholiBazar पर सभी सामग्री - लोगो, ट्रेडमार्क, टेक्स्ट, छवियां - MaholiBazar की संपत्ति है और भारतीय तथा अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कॉपीराइट कानूनों द्वारा संरक्षित है।
9. प्रतिबंधित आचरण
- धोखाधड़ी वाले ऑर्डर या भुगतान हेरफेर
- हैकिंग, अनधिकृत पहुंच
- झूठी समीक्षाएं या भ्रामक सामग्री पोस्ट करना
- स्पैमिंग
- नकली या प्रतिबंधित उत्पाद बेचना
10. दायित्व की सीमा
MaholiBazar किसी भी अप्रत्यक्ष, आकस्मिक या परिणामी क्षति के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।
11. शासी कानून
ये शर्तें भारतीय कानूनों द्वारा शासित होंगी। किसी भी विवाद के लिए भारत के न्यायालयों का अधिकार क्षेत्र होगा।
12. शर्तों में बदलाव
हम किसी भी समय इन शर्तों को संशोधित करने का अधिकार रखते हैं।
