Return / Exchange Window
Most products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery. For certain categories (electronics, mobiles, laptops, large appliances), the return window may differ and will be mentioned on the product page. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the specified window.
Conditions for Return
- The item must be unused, unopened, unworn and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, invoice must be included.
- The product should not show signs of use, washing, alteration or damage.
- Hygiene products (undergarments, makeup, perfumes, sanitary products) are non-returnable.
Refund Process
- Once the returned product passes inspection, refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method (UPI, Card, COD → bank transfer).
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Return pickup is free – our delivery partner will collect from your location.
Exchange Process
- Exchange is available only for the same product in a different size/color (subject to stock availability).
- The same 7-day return window applies for exchanges.
How to Return / Exchange?
- Log in → My Account → My Orders
- Select the order → Click "Return / Exchange"
- Choose reason and submit request
- We confirm pickup within 24–48 hours
- Hand over packed product to courier on scheduled date

- Personal care products (lipstick, deodorant, perfume, sanitary napkins)
- Innerwear, swimwear, pierced jewellery
- Downloadable / digital products
- Personalized / custom-made items

रिटर्न/एक्सचेंज की समय सीमा
अधिकांश प्रोडक्ट्स पर डिलीवरी की तारीख से 7 दिन के अंदर रिटर्न या एक्सचेंज का विकल्प उपलब्ध है। कुछ खास कैटेगरी (इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स, मोबाइल, लैपटॉप) पर रिटर्न की समय सीमा प्रोडक्ट पेज पर अलग से लिखी होगी। 7 दिन के बाद कोई भी रिटर्न/एक्सचेंज/रिफंड स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
रिटर्न के लिए योग्य शर्तें
- प्रोडक्ट अनयूज्ड, अनओपन, अनवॉर्न और मूल स्थिति में होना चाहिए।
- सभी ओरिजिनल टैग, लेबल, पैकेजिंग, एक्सेसरीज, इनवॉइस साथ होने चाहिए।
- हाइजीन प्रोडक्ट्स (अंडरगारमेंट्स, मेकअप, परफ्यूम, सैनिटरी प्रोडक्ट्स) रिटर्न नहीं किए जा सकते।
रिफंड प्रोसेस
- रिटर्न रिसीव होने और इंस्पेक्शन पास होने के बाद रिफंड 7-10 कार्य दिवसों में प्रोसेस होगा।
- रिफंड उसी पेमेंट मेथड में किया जाएगा (UPI → बैंक अकाउंट, कार्ड → कार्ड, COD → बैंक ट्रांसफर)।
- रिटर्न पिकअप फ्री है – हमारा डिलीवरी पार्टनर प्रोडक्ट लेने आएगा।
एक्सचेंज प्रोसेस
- एक्सचेंज केवल उसी प्रोडक्ट के दूसरे साइज/कलर के लिए उपलब्ध है (स्टॉक उपलब्ध होने पर)।
रिटर्न कैसे करें?
- लॉगिन करें → My Account → My Orders
- ऑर्डर चुनें → Return/Exchange Request
- कारण चुनें और रिक्वेस्ट सबमिट करें
- 24-48 घंटे में पिकअप कन्फर्म होगा

- पर्सनल केयर प्रोडक्ट्स (लिपस्टिक, डियो, परफ्यूम, सैनिटरी नैपकिन)
