🔁 Return, Exchange & Refund Policy – Maholi Bazar

Maholi Bazar पर हम अपने customers को quality products और best service देने के लिए committed हैं।
अगर किसी कारण से आपको issue होता है, तो हम आपकी मदद के लिए यहाँ हैं।

📦 Return Policy

• Return केवल damaged, defective या wrong product मिलने पर ही accept किया जाएगा

• Product receive होने के 12 hours के अंदर request करनी होगी

• Product unused और original condition में होना चाहिए

🔄 Exchange Policy

• Exchange केवल valid reason (damaged / wrong item) पर ही किया जाएगा

• Same product का replacement दिया जाएगा (subject to availability)

• Exchange request approve होने के बाद process शुरू होगा

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

नीचे दिए गए products return या exchange के लिए eligible नहीं हैं:

• 🎨 Customized / Printed Products (T-shirt, Mug, etc.)

• 📦 Used या damaged (by customer) products

• ❌ Change of mind / पसंद न आने पर

💰 Refund Policy

• Refund केवल approved cases में ही दिया जाएगा

• Refund original payment method में ही process होगा

• Refund आने में 5–7 working days लग सकते हैं

📝 Return / Refund Process

1. हमें contact करें (email/WhatsApp)

2. Order details और issue share करें

3. Product की photo / proof दें

4. Team verification के बाद approval दिया जाएगा

5. Refund / exchange process शुरू किया जाएगा

⚠️ Important Notes

• बिना approval के return भेजने पर request reject हो सकती है

• Shipping charges (if applicable) non-refundable हो सकते हैं

• Maholi Bazar हर case को review करने के बाद final decision लेता है
